On Friday, February 20th, 2026 (7:00–9:50 p.m CST), NASPH will host a satellite session at this year’s meeting of the Central APA in Chicago, IL. The topic of this session will be “Plurality and Reality,” and the session will take place at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel in room G15G.
Two presentations will be featured in the session:
- Pol Vandevelde (Marquette University): “A Hermeneutics of Difference for an Interactive Reality”
- Jennifer Gaffney (Loyola University Chicago): “Objectivity in the Space of Politics: On Arendt’s Contribution to Hermeneutic Realism”
